REFUND POLICY

EDUCATION & MEETINGS
Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to a clinic/meeting start date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations 7 days or less prior to the event, no shows, or cancellations on the day of the event. If, for any reason, the event is cancelled, enrollees will be notified, and fees refunded in full. Credit for missed events can not be applied to future events.

SPECIAL EVENTS (Awards, Golf and Other)
Due to the nature of some of our larger events, cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations 13 or less prior to the event, no shows, or cancellations on the day of the event. If, for any reason, the event is cancelled, enrollees will be notified, and fees refunded in full. Credit for missed events can not be applied to future events.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership Dues are valid November 1 thru October 31 of the following year. 2nd year dues may be prorated based on initial signup date. No full, or partial refunds will be issued for cancelled memberships. Credit for canceled memberships can not be applied to any future purchases.
